Rabbi Mendy and Chaya Golomb
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Rabbi Mendy Golomb spent his teenage years studying in New York and Manchester, England. He received his Rabbinical Ordination from the Rabbinical College of Milano, Italy. In the years following, Rabbi Mendy led services and did community outreach in Australia, Italy, United Kingdom and the United States He also visited Jewish prisoners to help uplift their spirits and give them much needed encouragement.
Chaya Golomb was born and raised in the heart of the Lubavitch World Headquarters in Brooklyn, NY, where an open home to all was a natural way of life. Chaya received her degrees in education and teaching at the Bais Rivkah Seminary in Montreal, Canada. The following year, Chaya worked under Chabad of the Tri-Valley, where she taught at the local Cheder and Hebrew School.
The Golomb’s live in Modesto together with their children – Dovi, Yosef, Shmuel & Miriam.
